All initial consultations are charged a flat rate of $20 USD for a dedicated 30-minute session.
Reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the consultation fee.
As a courtesy, we will wait for 10 minutes after your scheduled start time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a "no-show," automatically terminated, and the fee will be non-refundable.
All consultations will be held via Zoom and Google Meet. A secure, private meeting link will be sent to your email upon confirmation of your payment. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Following our consultation, we will propose three tailored matching packages at different investment levels for you to consider. There is no obligation to purchase any package after the initial consultation.
All consultation fees must be paid in full exclusively via PayPal to secure your booking. Your appointment will only be confirmed once payment is received and processed through our secure PayPal portal.
